Order Details

Yes! If you have any ideas for a completely custom order then please just fill in my custom order form here and I am sure I can create something for you.

No! This can be in and out, just please add a note onto your order explaining what you want and I will create it for you.

Yes! Just select ‘Send To Them’ on your order and make sure to put their address in the shipping section when checking out.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. During busy periods this may go up to 2 working days. My terms and conditions will be updated to reflect this so please check them here.

Shipping to the UK is FREE. You can upgrade to a faster service for a fee.

International shipping is calculated at the checkout, please see individual products for prices. You will only be charged for shipping once.

UK – All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard. You can upgrade to 1st Class at the checkout.

Any orders over £15 are sent with tracked delivery.

International – Everything is sent using Royal Mail International Standard.

Any orders over £30 are sent with tracked delivery.

United Kingdom: 1st Class 1-2 working days, 2nd Class 2-5 working days

Europe: 3-10 working days

Everywhere Else: 5-12 working days

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs so please take this into consideration when ordering overseas.

Please take these last post dates into consideration when ordering for Christmas. Please also be aware that due to the current situation with COVID some orders may arrive later than expected.

United Kingdom:

2nd Class – Monday 13th December

1st Class – Friday 18th December

International:

Europe – Wednesday 8th December

Rest of the world – Friday 19th November

Returns & Cancellations

Please get in touch with me within 14 days of receiving so we can help. I will accept refunds or exchanges on orders which are damaged, lost in the post or have any mistakes. Exchange will be made upon receipt of the original item in a suitable condition. Subject to availability.

Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 working days. I am happy to cancel the order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled so please make sure you have put your personalisation details in correctly when ordering.
