February News

Hope you’re February was full of love 😍

TeePee Creations News

My sales for February in one of my stockists – Fabrication were amazing so I made the decision at the end of this month to expand my space there to fill with new products. I now have lots of coasters and 1 notepad design. Soon I should be adding tote bags too!

Talking of tote bags I have been experimenting with printing them this last week.

So far I have had issues with ink transfering and the image ghosting/bleeding but I am learning as I go along and hopefully will have perfected the technique for printing during March.

Which of my illustrations do you think I should make into a tote bag? Reply to this email and let me know your thoughts!

Recently I have had some issues with a couple of other Etsy stores copying my designs. Now I know “imititation is the highest for of flattery” but when it comes to designs I have spent a lot of time thinking of, this is obviously frustrating for me.

Fortunately Etsy were amazing and took down the listings very quickly for me which gave me such relief. Dealing with copyright issues is never fun but is an essential part of my business.

If you ever see a design that you recognise to be mine but is being sold by another seller please let me know. I would hugely appreciate it ❤️

From today I will be participating in Joanne Hawkers March Meet The Maker as I have done the last couple of years.

It is an amazing Instagram Challenge where you meet lots of amazing Indie Businesses through the posts they put up everyday throughout March.

This month has been spent creating mainly new Mothers Day cards. Check out some of them here…

And last but not least introducing… notepads!

I have managed to master my notepad printing this month on my flat bed press. This is my first and only design currently out but there will be more in future so stay tuned!
