Last week I had a bit of a nightmare, one of my mug orders arrived with a customer in bits. I was devastated! I sent another one out 1st class as soon as I found out, wrapped it up in extra padding this time and thankfully it arrived in time for her to give as a present and all in one piece! She even left me this lovely review, despite the initial disaster, which made me happy and relieved that it all turned out okay in the end.
Running a small business is difficult and unfortunately not every order always goes to plan but it is how you fix the situation move on and learn from it. Since then I have bought myself some better mug boxes for packaging which are smash proof (or so I have been told!) #LearnFromYourMistakes
